In partnership with KAOS Network, Viver Brasil presents our summer series of Afro-Brazilian dance and drum workshops every Saturday in the Peoples Plaza of Leimert Park. SITS workshops teach Afro-Brazilian traditional orixa movement/dances that have their foundation in Yoruba mythology; social dance (samba de roda/circle samba); carnival dances of the blocos afro and the accompanying drum rhythms (samba reggae/samba afro).

Classes are led by our Artistic Directors and company members.
